Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is in the news daily. Companies that collect credit card and personal information from their customers must be aware of the laws involved and have a plan in the event of a breach of security.

Trademarks

Trademarks

Trademarks are a word, phrase, or symbol that identifies and distinguishes your product from the product of other companies. A service mark is a word, phrase, or symbol, that identifies and distinguishes the your service, rather than your product. The term “trademark” is often used to refer to both trademarks and service marks. Both of these marks can be registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. If you intend in doing business online, or in multiple states it is advisable to register your marks with the USPTO.
